BAULANE mirrors are guaranteed against manufacturing faults. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser at the original installation address and is non-transferable.

Cover is for the product only. It does not include labour, fitting or consequential loss.
What's covered
Depending on the mirror, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace (partially or fully):
- Glass defects from manufacturing faults
- Electrical component issues (illuminated mirrors)
- Structural or joinery defects in mirrored cabinets
- Faults in supplied mounting brackets or fixings
- Premature deterioration caused by a manufacturing defect
If the original model is discontinued, we will supply the nearest available equivalent.
What isn't covered
Installation, handling and misuse
- Damage during installation or incorrect fitting
- Accidental damage, knocks or impact
- Installation by non-qualified individuals
- Mirrors mounted with incorrect fixings or on unsuitable surfaces
Maintenance, cleaning and environment
- Harsh or abrasive cleaning products
- Corrosion or black-edge marks from moisture ingress or poor ventilation
- Mould or mildew
- Normal wear and tear
Other
- Cosmetic damage or scratches after installation
- Alterations, modifications or tampering with electrical components
- Use of non-genuine BAULANE replacement parts
- Removal, reinstallation or labour costs
Incorrect installation or improper care will void the guarantee.
Conditions
To keep your guarantee valid, mirrors must be:
- Installed by a qualified professional using appropriate fixings
- Fitted in line with BAULANE installation guides
- Placed in a well-ventilated area to prevent moisture damage
- Used in line with UK electrical safety standards (illuminated mirrors)
Please do not remove or discard a mirror before we have authorised an inspection. A valid proof of purchase is required for every claim. We may ask for an on-site inspection, and the mirror must stay installed until assessed. If inspection shows the issue is not a manufacturing fault, a call-out charge may apply.
Damaged on arrival
If your mirror arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. Reports made after this cannot be confirmed as transit-related and are not covered.
