We ordered the Crescent 1630 freestanding bath and it’s absolutely stunning. The design is elegant, the finish feels properly high-end, and it’s become the centrepiece of our bathroom. Really happy with the product itself — it exceeded expectations.
The only frustration was around delivery. I’d arranged to be home early to oversee it, but the driver didn’t turn up as expected. Turns out the bath had been moved onto the following morning’s schedule by the delivery company, without any prior notice.
To be fair, this wasn’t BAULANE’s fault — it was down to the third-party courier. But it did add unnecessary stress.
That said, whenever I spoke to the team (especially Patrick), they were polite and helpful. If the delivery side of things was a bit more seamless, this would’ve been a five-star experience.
Love the product but we had to wait nearly 4 weeks for delivery, as it had apparently just run out of stock.
My countertop got damaged in transit, but the customer service chap was very understanding and very quick to find a solution. Great customer service and excellent quality products.
I found myself urgently needing to order a bath due yet another let-down from another well known brand. I called up BAULANE, who confirmed they had the Celine 1800 in stock. 48 hours later, and problem solved. The bath looks great. Good company.
The products are exceptional — beautifully made and genuinely great value. But the real standout has been the customer service. Pat went above and beyond to make sure my orders arrived in line with a very tight schedule.Plenty of other companies could learn a thing or two from how BAULANE looks after its customers. It made all the difference. The Audemar is such a lovely shape - works really well within our space.
From purchase to aftercare, the experience with BAULANE has been faultless. The sales director Pav guided me through the whole process and was incredibly helpful at every stage. We couldn't take delivery for a few weeks because our project was over-running, but it was easy to call off the delivery when we needed. Their logistics firm was really good too, and rang us on the day of delivery to confirm delivery times etc.

Ordered the Roman 1700 bath and it’s been a total hit — the kids absolutely love it. The quality is fantastic and it looks brilliant in the space.
Ordered 4 countertops for a home reno projects. One arrived cracked but the team at BAULANE sorted it straight away — a replacement was sent out the very next day. I think the countertops can be prone to damage during transit?

The bath is absolutely superb — beautifully made and excellent value for money. We’re genuinely delighted with them. The delivery company was a bit tricky about anything beyond kerbside, though they did help in the end (thankfully — these things are heavy!).
I ordered the District 1700 bath after coming across their website — I hadn’t heard of the brand before, but the products looked great and the price point suggested good quality.
The bath arrived on the scheduled date and looked and felt properly high-end. It’s now installed and looks amazing. I’ll definitely be using BAULANE again. Highly recommended.

A refreshingly simple experience! I placed the order online and rec'd the bath 2 days later. The Organza is such a lovely, light design. Makes installation a breeze. My fitters were happy!
We went for the Organza 1600 because I was worried about space in my bathroom, and the Organza has a slim rim design. The bath arrived well-packaged and in great condition. From the photos I’ve seen so far, it fits in perfectly and works well in the space — loads of room left around it too, which we weren’t expecting!
I haven’t seen it in person yet, but judging by the pics sent by my contractor, we’re going to love it. Super smooth process all the way through — would definitely recommend BAULANE.
