Our vanity unit cabinetry (oak furniture) is covered by a 7-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Countertops/worktops made from our Baustone® Solid Surface material (including our TrueWhite™ colourway) or marble carry a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects, and taps/brassware carry a 15-year guarantee.
To qualify, please register your guarantee within 14 days of delivery, and report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery. These guarantees cover faults from materials or workmanship under normal domestic use, and don't cover damage from installation, misuse, or general wear and tear.
