Delivery Times
Our standard delivery times are as follows:

- Monday to Friday: 7am to 7pm

If you require next-day delivery or delivery on a Saturday, these options can be arranged at an additional cost. Please don't hesitate to contact us for further details. Please note all deliveries are fully insured.

If you are ordering multiple products, you will only be charged one delivery fee, which will be the higher of the applicable amounts.

Booking your Delivery
Once you placed your order with us, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. If you have opted for our standard delivery service, as outlined above, then your delivery will automatically be scheduled for delivery via our Standard Delivery or Next Day service. Please reply to this email to confirm the delivery date is suitable for you. 

If you have a specific date in mind for your delivery, please notify us in writing via email at support@baulane.com, and be sure to quote your Order Number. We will need to be notified atleast 5 working days ahead of your desired delivery date.   

Please note, specific delivery times cannot be specified. Wherever possible we will try to deliver your delivery on the day of your choice. Please ensure someone is available at your property throughout the day to take delivery.

Please let us know when confirming your delivery if there are any access issues which may prevent our delivery vehicle from delivering your products to you. For more information, see below. If there are any access issues that we have not been notified about beforehand, then you may be liable for a re-delivery fee.

If your Delivery is delayed
Although we consistently aim to deliver within the quoted time frames, we recommend refraining from scheduling your plumbers or fitters until you have received your full order.

Once you have received your order, we recommend you check them prior to work commencing, to ensure any errors, delays or faults can be dealt with ahead of time. We will not be held responsible for any fitting costs associated with delayed deliveries.

If, for whatever reason, we are unable to deliver your order within 20 weeks of the initial Order Confirmation email, unless you have agreed to a delivery after that time, then you may cancel your order in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and you will be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy. 

On the day of Delivery
Delivery requirements will vary depending on the products you have ordered. We will endeavour to deliver all your items in one delivery, but reserve the right to deliver orders for more than one item in seperate installments.

Please see below for more detailed guidance. 

Palletised Deliveries - for Medium/ Large Products
Large deliveries, such as our freestanding baths, are delivered by our our partners at Palletline Network Freight Distribution. If you have any access restrictions to your property, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note:

• Pallet deliveries are to a kerbside location only. 
• Your property must allow access for vehicle sizes ranging from 1.7 to 7.5 tonnes.
• Our couriers cannot manoeuvre pallets up steep inclines. Baths cannot be transported up or down outdoor steps.
• Our couriers are only permitted to deliver to ground floor locations. Please make sure you have arranged suitable help to take your delivery into your premises on the day of delivery. 
• For safety reasons, we can only operate pallet truck operations on solid, flat surfaces.
• For insurance reasons, our drivers are not authorised to enter your property.
• Deliveries are an all-day service between 7am and 7pm.
• Deliveries are an all-day service between 7am and 7pm.

 

Specific information regarding Bath Deliveries
Please note, bath deliveries will arrive on a tail lift vehicel, and will be lowered off rear, onto a pallet truck, which can only be moved on solid, flat surfaces. The delivery courier will move this pallet truck to an accessible kerbside location only.

The courier will not deliver the bath into your property. We recommend that you arrange for sufficient assistance to be able to help move the bath on the day of the delivery.

Due to the weight of stone bathtubs, you should ensure either you, or your plumber/fitter contracter has arranged for 3-4 able-bodied people to help move the baths into your desired location within your property. 


Parcel Deliveries - for Small Products
Small products such as as basins and accessories under 30kg will be delivered by DPD Parcel Deliveries.

Please make sure that you are present to receive the delivery on the specified date. You can expect to receive a text message containing tracking details and the expected delivery date.

Deliveries are an all-day service between 7am and 7pm.

Inspecting your Goods
While we conduct thorough inspections of all products before they leave our warehouse, we advise you to inspect the items upon delivery to ensure you are completely satisfied with the quality and that there is no damage. 

All orders must be checked upon arrival, and must only be signed for when completely satisfied with the condition of the goods.

We will assume that any third party who signs for the goods on your behalf has your implied consent to do so, and we are not required to make further enquiries as to their identity or actual position of authority. This includes, but is not limited to, contractors or sub-contractors you may have on-site, regardless of whether you yourself are physically present at the property or otherwise. 

For bath deliveries, please note any ancillary items may be packing in and around the bath. If there are missing items, faults or defects with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours. 

We will not be held responsible for goods once they have been delivered, and will not be liable for any damage caused by:

a) Incorrect storage
b) Incorrect fitting and installation
c) Incorrect manouvering of goods into your property

If your goods are damaged on arrival to your property, you should obtain a signature from the delivery courier to confirm the goods were supplied to you in poor condition. You must then notify us within 48 hours of taking delivery of your order.

Returns & Refunds 

At BAULANE® Bathrooms, we want you to buy with confidence. As a British owned brand operating within the United Kingdom, we adhere to strict selling regulations and pride ourselves on our clear and straightforward policies to ensure you face minimal issues in the unlikely event you need to return an item to us. 

Returns Process
If you receive a product and are not entirely satisfied, please contact us by email at support@baulane.com to request a Returns Slip. In your email, please specifiy which products you would like to return, and why. If the goods were damaged on receipt, please include pictures. 

Once your complaint is received, we will confirm by email that your goods are eligible to be returned. You will then be provided with a Returns Slip and an address for you to post your goods to. Goods should not be sent back to us without this pre-authorised Returns Slip. 

The items must be returned in its original packaging, which must be unmarked and in good condition with any relevant tags or labels still intact. If we deem the packaging to be damaged, we reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee. Goods must be returned to us no later than 14 days following delivery. Please ensure the Returns Slip is included with your goods, along with a copy of your invoice/receipt.

The items to be returned must be in re-saleable condition. We will not accept any items which have been used, fitted or in a condition other than which it was supplied to you. 

Please note, you are responsible for any carriage costs associatd with returning your items to us. Please ensure you use a suitably-insured delivery service, and please ensure your items are packaged with due care to ensure damage during transit. We will not accept liability for goods damaged in transit. Any items damaged in transit will not be accepted for a refund.

If the item is not in resaleable condition, and/or it is damaged or used, you acknowledge that you have forfeited your right to return these goods under the Distance Selling Regulations act. We may still accept the goods back, subject to charging you a restocking fee. This may be calculated as a percentage of the refund value of the goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the product needs to be reduced in price for resale.

Once your returned items have been received and processed at our warehouse, you will be notified by email and we will issue a refund (less any delivery charges and restocking fees) via the original payment method. 

Approved Refunds
We endeavour to process all refunds within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods. Alternatively, an exchange will be despatched if requested.

The policy outlined here does not affect your statutory rights. Any manufacturer's warranty offer by BAULANE® Bathrooms is in addition to the legal rights afforded to you as a consumer under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Exchanges
Excanges will only be despatched once a returned item has been receievd and processed at our warehouse facility.

The fastest way to ensure you receive replacement items quickly is to simply place a new seperate order for the item you wish to purchase, in tandem with returning your original items.

Order Cancellations
If you have placed an order with us, but have changed your mind, do not panic. If the order has not yet been despatched via our couriers, then we will be happy to cancel your order. Cancellations after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to a £15.00 fee. Additional fees may apply for larger orders. 

If your items have already been despatched, then you will have to action a Returns request in accordance with the process outlined above.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
For bespoke items, manufactured to custom specifications as supplied or requested by you, we cannot exchange or accept the return of goods, unless the goods are delivered to you in a faulty or damaged condition. 

Goods manufactured to customer specifications cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins. If you do wish to cancel a bespoke order, please notify us within 24 hours of making the order. 

Please note, we do not accept returns on clearance items. 

Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from the site at any time. If you purchase a product which is subsequently withdrawn and we do not supply the goods for any reason, you will not be charged and we will issue a full refund.

Liability
BAULANE® Bathrooms will not be liable for any third party costs, any loss, inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss, or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund made under these conditions. 

BAULANE® Bathrooms shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in delivery, or any damage or defect to goods supplied that is caused by any events or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. We recommend booking installers once you have received your goods in full. This does not effect your statutory rights.
