Every BAULANE product is backed by clear terms on what is and isn't covered. The length of cover depends on the product.

The 10-year vanity guarantee covers the wood cabinetry only. The Lifetime Guarantee applies to Baustone® Solid Surface baths, basins and countertops only. It does not apply to marble.
Who is covered
Each guarantee applies to the original purchaser, at the original installation address. Guarantees are non-transferable.
What every guarantee has in common
- Manufacturing or material defects only. We cover faults in how the product was made. We do not cover damage caused after it leaves us.
- Product only. Fitting, removal, labour and consequential loss are not covered.
- Professional installation. Products must be installed by a qualified professional, following BAULANE installation guidance and UK regulations. Incorrect installation voids the guarantee.
- Proof of purchase. You will need your invoice or order confirmation.
- Damage on arrival. Report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos or video.
- Inspection. We may ask to inspect the product in situ. Please do not remove or dispose of it before we have agreed. If inspection shows the issue is not a manufacturing defect, a call-out or assessment fee may apply.
- Repair, replace or equivalent. At our discretion, we will repair the product, replace it, or supply the nearest equivalent if the original is discontinued.
