The sales director, Pav, was a delight to work with. The products are high quality, and suitably luxurious. We had an issue with the bath being damaged on-site. Unfortunately we were months outside of the usual returns window, but nevertheless Pav was very helpful in trying to remedy the situation. We went for the Victoria 1800 freestanding bath — and it’s an absolute showstopper. Huge, beautifully sculpted, and incredibly well made. It took three of us to get it upstairs, but it was worth every bit of effort.

I accidentally scratched it the day it arrived (nightmare!), but when I called the BAULANE team, Pat patiently guided me through how to buff it out. Came up looking perfect again.

The fact that minor marks can be repaired so easily is a huge plus when investing in stone resin. Overall, a brilliant product and a genuinely helpful team.
