No other BAULANE products are covered by the Lifetime Guarantee.
What's covered
If a product fails because of a manufacturing or material defect, we will, at our discretion:
- Provide a free replacement or replacement part, or
- Supply the closest available equivalent if the original model is no longer in production
Cover is for the product only. It excludes fitting, installation, removal, labour and any consequential loss.
What isn't covered
- Damage during installation, transit, handling or storage
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect or malicious damage
- General wear and tear
- Issues from incorrect installation or non-qualified installers
- Damage from harsh, abrasive or unsuitable cleaning products
- Limescale build-up, mould, mildew, corrosion or similar maintenance-related deterioration
- Discolouration from standing water, improper care or chemical exposure
- Damage from waterlogging or use in continuously wet conditions
- Reinstallation, labour or associated costs after replacement
Conditions
- The product must be installed by a qualified professional, strictly following BAULANE installation guidance and UK water bylaws. Incorrect installation automatically voids the guarantee.
- Proof of purchase is required for any claim.
- We may require an in-situ inspection before approving a claim. Goods must not be removed or disposed of without our consent.
- If inspection shows the issue is not a manufacturing defect, an inspection or call-out charge may apply.
- If a product is discontinued, we will offer a suitable alternative at our discretion.
