Diatomite stone is a rigid, brittle material that can crack or chip under impact, an uneven surface, or excess weight, regardless of manufacturing quality — this is a known characteristic of the category, and it's genuinely hard to distinguish "manufacturing fault" from "everyday breakage" after the fact, which is why we don't offer a standing guarantee here the way we do on our other products.
What is covered:
- Delivery-fault window: if your mat arrives chipped, cracked, or broken, send us photos (and a video if needed) within 48 hours and we'll arrange a free replacement.
- 14-day change-of-mind return: if the mat is unused, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Beyond that, there's no ongoing guarantee against breakage from use. To keep your mat in good condition, always place it on a flat, stable surface and avoid dropping or striking it.
