Warranty & Guarantees

At BAULANE, our products are meticulously engineered and manufactured to the highest standards. Every item is rigorously tested to ensure exceptional quality and lasting performance. That’s why we proudly offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all TrueWhite™ Solid Surface goods, giving you peace of mind for years to come.

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers the expected lifetime of the product and applies exclusively to the original purchaser and original installation address. This guarantee is non-transferable.


What’s Covered

  • If your BAULANE product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect within the guarantee period, we will offer a free replacement or replacement part (or the closest equivalent).
  • Coverage applies to individual products only and does not extend to any consequential loss, damage, or installation costs.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage during fitting, accidental damage, misuse, or malicious damage.
  • General wear and tear or damage caused by poor installation.
  • Defects arising from improper cleaning—only recommended cleaning products should be used.
  • Issues such as limescale build-up, corrosion, mould, mildew, or similar maintenance-related problems.
  • Reinstallation, labour, or any other associated costs following the replacement of goods or parts.

Important Conditions

  • Products must be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with the supplied instructions and local water bylaws. Incorrect installation will void the guarantee.
  • Original proof of purchase is required for any claim — please retain your receipt or invoice.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the product in situ before removal or destruction. Goods should not be removed without our prior consent.
  • If an inspection determines that the issue is not due to a manufacturing or material defect, a call-out fee may apply.
  • If a product is no longer available, we will provide a suitable alternative at our discretion.
