If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we're happy to cancel it.
- Cancel within 48 hours of placing your order and it's free of charge.
- Cancel after 48 hours (but before dispatch) and a £15.00 administrative fee applies.
- For bespoke/made-to-order items already in production, or orders over £1,000, cancellation may incur a higher fee — typically 10% of the order value, capped at £150 — assessed case-by-case.
- Bespoke items can only be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of ordering, since production may start after that.
If your order has already been dispatched, it falls under our standard Returns process instead.
